Ashley Bender is a trademark and corporate attorney with Finch Paolino, LLC. Her practice focuses on trademark registration and prosecution, as well as copyright registration, business transactions, IP licensing, and corporate counsel. Ashley is also experienced in a variety of trademark enforcement strategies to help clients preserve the value of their brands and removing infringing marks from various channels.
Prior to joining Finch Paolino, LLC, Ashley's practice focused primarily on business transactions, including asset purchases, stock purchases, IP licenses, and a variety of business contracts and agreements. Her corporate and transactional background gives her a comprehensive perspective to the practice of IP law that ensures IP strategies are properly integrated with business objectives.
In addition to her IP and corporate experience, Ashley also spent time as a legal advocate for people with disabilities throughout South Carolina, and has assisted numerous clients in successfully navigating the complex state and federal regulatory framework related to special education law. Ashley received her JD from Cumberland School of Law and BS in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
