John Paolino's practice ranges from patent preparation and prosecution to patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. John also has extensive experience with negotiating and drafting agreements and the conduct of complex IP due diligence. With a professional background that includes private practice and work as in-house counsel for healthcare companies such as Bayer, Johnson & Johnson and, most recently, as lead IP Counsel at Orthofix International, NV, John brings a multilayered perspective to adding value to his clients. He understands the challenges faced by corporate clients and the role intellectual property can play in meeting those challenges. John has implemented efficient and effective processes and strategies that help companies obtain and protect their intellectual property and realize value from it.
